The front man Thomas was extremely kind and helpful. I accidentally booked the room for the wrong date and he helped me get it corrected and said he would speak to management to assist me with the other date that I accidentally booked. This place is a perfect spot to sleep and get cleaned up to explore the activities. Southlake Tahoe has to offer. If you’re looking for frills go to a Hilton, if you’re looking for comfort and sleep while enjoying the great outdoor of Southlake Tahoe, this is your go to spot. They even have a private access to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the towel smelled really good. Thomas really came through and took care of me and my girl when we were visiting it was pouring rain and we are nervous about not having somewhere to stay and he made sure we got a room. Thank you, Thomas and management!!
I stayed at this place after a long time and was impressed by the steps taken by new management. The rooms were clean and staff was accommodating and welcoming. Also atmosphere of the place is peaceful and quiet specially at nights. I would happily recommend this too other visitors as well.
Such a lovely experience at this hotel. The room was clean, the service was outstanding & it’s in a prime location. Walked to the beach every day of our stay. We got a suite with a jacuzzi tub & king size bed. Kitchenette necessities like microwave, fridge/freezer & coffee pot. Great food choices nearby as well. We’re looking forward to our next trip to Tahoe, we will definitely be booking here again!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi speed was good and parking was easily available. The hotel has a peaceful and relaxed vibes which we really liked. Overall a wonderful stay for us.
